Responsibilities
- Handling Emails and Incoming Calls
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Entering and Overseeing Customer Orders
- Accurately input new orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Monitor active orders to track progress and spot potential delays or errors.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as shipping or production) to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Preparing Quotes
- Assess customer needs and specifications to create accurate price quotes.
- Ensure quotes reflect current pricing, discounts, and company policies.
- Communicate quotes clearly to customers and follow up to answer any related questions.
- Revise and update quotes as needed, maintaining careful records for tracking and reference.
