Responsibilities

  • Handling Emails and Incoming Calls
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
    • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members when necessary.
    • Maintain a friendly and helpful tone to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Entering and Overseeing Customer Orders
    • Accurately input new orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
    • Monitor active orders to track progress and spot potential delays or errors.
    • Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and changes.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (such as shipping or production) to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Preparing Quotes
    • Assess customer needs and specifications to create accurate price quotes.
    • Ensure quotes reflect current pricing, discounts, and company policies.
    • Communicate quotes clearly to customers and follow up to answer any related questions.
    • Revise and update quotes as needed, maintaining careful records for tracking and reference.
